|Indigo Vapor's Grape Ape is a sweet flavor, but worth it if you like grape candy w/ hints of bananas.|
Indigo Vapor’s Grape Ape is a sweet flavor; it tastes like grape candy on the inhale, and banana taffy flavor on the exhale. The banana isn’t pronounced, but you’ll taste it every other hit.
I ordered a 15ml bottle Grape Ape from Indigo when I visited their store in Northern Indiana. For this review, I freely admit that I’ve nearly used it all, and I still can’t say with one-hundred percent certainty that I’d use this all day, every day. Still, when I need a change-up, this has been the go to juice for about a week now.
If you like grape candy, I’d recommend this flavor easily. The banana taste is slight, but you’ll taste it as you vape, so I wouldn’t say it’s missing. In fact, the better way to describe it, is that the banana is there, but it’s overwhelmed by the gape more often than not, but I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing.
Note: An earlier review of this juice was deleted. Previously, I’d only tried a sample of this flavor, and I didn’t care for it at all. It is possible that my taste has some how changed over the last year or so, which would explain the difference, but I’m not certain.
Previously, I rated Grape Ape w/ two stars, noting that it was a good flavor, especially the grape. However, it wasn’t something I could see myself using regularly. As mentioned, this has been my change-up flavor for more than a week now, so something’s changed.
I’m not sure what happened, but I feel as if it would be dishonest to say that what I tasted before, and what I have now, are the same thing. What I am certain of, is that I needed to be open and candid about the previous review.
