Today’s post will focus on my review notes for Dark Lizard from Lizard Juice. This mix is the follow-up flavor to Lizard Milk, only with chocolate added.
Again, it is important to steep this juice for about a week, as the flavors combine better after sitting for a bit. When you vape this, the first thing you notice is that it has the same base flavor as Lizard Milk – including the natural coconut, pineapple, and rum, with a sweet note on the exhale.
The problem is that I hardly taste any chocolate. There is a mild chocolate flavor, mostly on the exhale, and even that is subtle. Lizard Juice notes on their site that the level of chocolate flavoring is 20%, if that’s true, then something’s off – because the taste is missing.
In the end, I’m disappointed. I know chocolate is a hard flavor to get right, but given how good Lizard Milk was, I expected more from this. Dark Lizard means well, but when compared to Lizard Milk, it’s lacking. If the choice was between the two, I’d pick the original.
